To provide car search, buyback estimates, vehicle inquiries, viewing arrangements, pre-purchase information checks, sale confirmation, customer service and case management.

Data we collect

Information you provide: name, phone, LINE ID, buying or selling needs, vehicle details and photos, condition notes and location.

Data from LINE interactions: LINE user ID, display name, messages and options you choose.

Service records: inquiries, viewings and sale confirmations.

Use, location and recipients

Period: while we provide the service and as required by law or for handling disputes.

Location: Taiwan and the regions where the service providers below host data.

Recipients: VANTA MOTORS; the actual vehicle provider (partner dealers and their sales staff) to the extent needed to arrange viewings and confirm vehicle information — your name and phone are generally not shared, and you will be informed in advance if they need to be; and service providers that help us operate (LINE, Vercel, Supabase, Google).

Your rights

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you may request to inquire, review, obtain copies, supplement or correct, stop collection, processing or use, and delete your personal data. Contact us on LINE or at info@vantamotors.tw.

Cookies and browser storage

We use browser storage needed for the site to work (for example, avoiding duplicate inquiries and staff login), not for advertising tracking.
